Hmmm, you've made a good point, Levi.
Glad to see you too. I tried to get out cheap, but that never goes as planned. LOLHow many can say they got out of Barber this cheap? Really, that's all I bought. To show with my RD 400c.
Picked up this disgusting ‘77 KZ750B yesterday. Good thing it was free with a title.
Will tear off that jammer and try to get it running, then start tearing it down for a custom job of yet undetermined stying.

Damn, what a cool deal! Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.
Haven't been around much (yet), but thought I'd post a few shots of a 10 year sleeper that a guy spent some money on and then dropped. (I'll pick it up...when the temperatures fall off a bit in central Arizona)...
A really clean CB750K5. Just in case I'd like to go back to "original" configuration, everything was included (even non-powdercoated wheels) except the 4 into 4 exhaust.
This one is a very clean survivor and I am happy to have it in the "collection".
Thats good, honestly anyone who cuts up or heavily mods a XS1 or even 2 is crazy! those bikes are just sooo nice stock. There are many yamaha xs650 standards or specials that if they are rough then ok. But man a XS1 is just just sweet with those chrome side covers and stuff. Thanks Fellas. I'm obviously all for cutting up bikes into cool cafe racers, but this one will stay mostly stock or at least a no cut retro-mod something or other. This one really speaks to me. Picture this, but not restored, just cleaned up. Id hold onto all the stock wheels and forks etc in case I ever wanna make a bunch of money on it by selling it too a purist boomer View attachment 231137View attachment 231136
LOL - this was my 'before' bike. But to be fair mine was in rough shape, had a later year motor etc.Thats good, honestly anyone who cuts up or heavily mods a XS1 or even 2 is crazy! those bikes are just sooo nice stock. the after looks pretty good TBH! still think you could have saved the XS1 and found a newer year XS beater.LOL - this was my 'before' bike. But to be fair mine was in rough shape, had a later year motor etc.View attachment 234136View attachment 234137

Congrats! I've been using MacBooks for several years now... Once you go Mac you'll never go back. After waiting over 3 years, I finally pulled the trigger on a new MacBook.
Smooooth.
