Yeah the 72 is reed valve, so new tech. I can get into Formula 125 with the reed valve but it’s excluded from 200 GP. I think what I will end up doing is using a CT1 top end which is piston port and try for both classes.

Yamaha CT2! I’ve owned this bike for a while and really enjoy it but I’ve always toyed with building it into a track bike. I decided to go for it and learn along the way. The RD250 front end comes pretty close to bolting on from what I hear and seems to be a solid upgrade. You might be right...
Looking for an early, I think 1972 or earlier drum brake RD or R5 front end (forks, wheel, triples...etc) for a road race project. I’m located in Charlotte NC. Thanks!

Hey Teazer! Good talking to you again! Been a few years, yea? Hope alls well!

Hey man! Yeah everything’s good, just fell out of the building scene for a bit and started riding bikes more than building them! Currently have a 72 Yamaha CT2 and a 2009 KLX250s, oh yeah and a 4 month old little boy now :)
Hope you’re good!

Selling my Gloss Black Bell Bullitt. It’s a comfy helmet and is in awesome shape. Not perfect, but the price reflects that.
There is a scratch on the top, pictured and a scuff on the shield but that’s all. Replacement visors are available if you want but the scuff doesn’t really bother me...
A dude in my old apartment complex had one of these LT50s and he was pulling his buddy around in the snow on a snowboard (on the road). Saw this and had to have it. 105 lb of two stroke fun.

My wife has been yearning for a while now for something bigger than herself. She was driving down the road and saw a big sign tucked back in the woods that said "get involved with something greater than yourself." Close enough!
