Did you have to modify the tank for the float/sending unit?

I'm interested in how that fuel guage works.

I'm good on single circuits,but motorcycles daisy chain everything together to make it lighter and less wiring.That shit is awful to deal with,as is automotive wiring.

That wouldn't work in my case.Maybe it will for others.I rescued two bikes off a scrap pile in NC that was written off by the insurance companies.They never came to claim the bikes,so they were sold to a scraper, and I was contacted on another forum to rescue them.The newest thing going around...

How did you come up with that?I searched and freaking lived at the DMV for a while. I still have two bikes I can't title or reg.I'll have to try that if the Vermont deal falls through.

I agree with the SS.Aluminum will crack over time,unless it's thick or the brackets brace it really well.
