Changed the bars and shocks for original ones, did some stripes as per Champion spark plugs, also chased down some Amal grips to go with the bar controls (details) all but done (horn, mirror and new tall battery with box).

Starting my street legal Enfield 500 Scrambler build, pulled most of it apart, rewired a few days ago , changed tires, picture is the bike as purchased (I wet sanded and polished the primary cover), lots to do.

Thanks guys, the K70's are good, I've seen some comments in the past that people don't like them for some reason, the 2017 date coded tires from Japan are great, they grip well (would run out of tire before grip), ride comfort is good and you can't do much better in the price range $70 each.

Hi All, New to this forum, started my Sportster build about 2 1/2 months ago. Picked up the 2002 Sportster about 3 months ago, has just over 2,000 miles on it.
