Good luck with your build. I think your headlight bucket might be upside down, or maybe I'm not just familiar with that bucket shape.
I started a thread about it already, but Gasolina's "Speedway" jacket can now be ordered with pockets for d3o armor. Even with the jacket, shipping to AUS, and armor, it's still cheaper and better looking than anything of it's competitors.

The armor pocket isn't listed in the site yet. $425+30, and an extra 70 for the armor, but you buy that on your own, just like the Roland Sands jackets. Still, $200 less than the RSD jackets without any armor. I haven't been able to find out...
