    The beauty of working with Exanding foam is you can fill holes and depressions easily wait a bit and then shape. Here I have filled where needed. This may end up covering the seat!

    This is going on a very small bike a Kawasaki KV 100 and it is my first build so I am open to ideas on the size of the bum stop, I plan to run more of the same material from the bum stop to the end of the board following the downward curve, so the tail will drop down toward the stock mud guard...

    I am making a seat from an old disgarded board... it cost me nothing and I've made the first few cuts, this is a work in progress I won't be putting seating foam on the seat instead i will paint it in a full gloss black with a race strip down the middle, due to the slight curve it doesn't sit...

    There isn't much metal on them Peter there are few on the roads...I have made a bit more progress on the little KV 100 Replaced the bearings in the head set and found some fork boots just the right size so I was able to install the reconditioned forks. Wiring harness is now back on the bike...
