Ya I do plan on keeping this bike. I have been looking at solutions for the back side of the gas tank. I have seen the "nard guard" and other flavors of fiberglass pieces. They look good but I'm cheap so. I burned in a piece of 16 gauge steel and gave it a sip of body filler. I had to fill some...

Ya I understand what you are talking about. I figured a strut/bracket would be sufficient just to stop lateral movement. Hey did you manage to get those measurements for the fzr caliper cornversion.
