jqdp. The round slides have better throttle responce and are better for fast riding. If you have alot of mods done to the motor or exhaust/intake there way easyer to tune. But the stock cv's are smoother through the rpm range and as PJ has shown can be tuned with enough work. Most of my riding...

I ended getting the VM30's from DCC for my 360. Andoor had some great carb specs and i only had to make minor adjustments. Main 150 Pilot 25 Needle jet #159 P-0 Needle #6DH4 w/the clip in the top notch and 1 mikuni shim underneath Air Screw 3/4 turn out

I wouldnt take the cross bar off. It probably wouldnt snap for street use but you dont want to find out.

My coils were fine but the wires were cracked. NGK makes inline splicers that connect right by the coil so you can instal new wires and plug caps. They were easy to install and ive had no problems at all.

Mine ended up slightly lean on top. I swiched to a 150 main and it pulls hard to about 80-85.
