Tank back from welder and looking good! I found a rust hole in rear rim so I need to order a new one from z1 and have it powder coated before I can build it. Its a real bummer to find this out after it was already powdered.

Front wheel with new tire! Yes I scratched the fu#%ing rim putting it on and Yes I popped the fu#%ing tube putting it on.. The plan now is to build rear wheel and then take both wheels to dealer and let them change the tube in the front and mount the rear and balance both wheels.

I tried it by holding the shaft and letting the wheel bearings do the work and thats much better!

Front wheel powdered and laced up with Buchanan stainless spokes and nipples ready for truing. It took about 30 min to lace up. I'll have about $300 in the wheels between powdercoating,spokes and bearings.
