got a mock up of the rear set brackets thanks to roland757's template. fits good and feels good where it sits..
did the mock up on 1/2" MDF board just to make sure it works out then will do it on 1/2" plate aluminum.

no, actually i used my soda blaster to get the paint off, but then my powdercoater told me that he was gonna do it (he sand blasted). what kinda sucked about the sandblasting is that i spent atleast 2 days tryign to get all the pieces of coagulated sand in the various nooks & crannies and all in...
please! post some pics.. any more ideas would help. i started drawing some things out on cardboard to get a rough idea of what i want, i think im gonna go with mounting it the tweakin, branden, funjimmy way and use those two engine mount thru bolt points
i cheated & bought DCC's rear hoop w/ slugs. welded it on, shaved it down and welded on filler where the rear shock mount meets up with the frame and shaved that down
rims powdercoated & tires mounted. Slapped everythign back together and temporarily installed carpy pipe to check it out. gonna start wiring up the motor and get it running (just to make sure that after going thru all of this i didn't screw anything up!) then i gotta fab up some rear set brackets..
