Sorry it's been a cluster this last couple of weeks - in quarantine after returning from the US, which ironically has kept me away from this sort of thing. Anyhow - voting is open for a short quick shot at this! Looks like a great set of bikes to choose from this month.

Not sure - it's complicated as it's a Canadian bike and was never imported into the US. The only way to do that is to take it back to Canada and then bring it back across at a land crossing and import it at that point. It's doable, but I haven't looked into the process to import into the US...
