    Easy enough way to find out . Stick cotton gym socks over the filters. If it improves you're lean. If it falls on it's face you're rich. Wish bank accounts worked that way.

    There, got the truing stand today. Next are the pilots. I'll likely have to make those. Good thing I have a lathe :-) And then, no one makes stones with a M10 x 1.0 internal thread anymore. Best I can do is 9/16-16 TPI (Black & Decker) Good thing I have a lathe :-) Back to work !
