    Ton up SR250: 100mph, 100kg, 30hp

I got 3 of them at work[emoji6]However I would turn it manually in the lathe and mill since that would take way less time since our 5-axis ain’t running at the moment. Just send me a drawing and your address and I’ll try to sort it out for you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ton up SR250: 100mph, 100kg, 30hp

Why not just drill and thread a hole on the top side. Then make a aluminum plug with a flange and a plain hole? Worst outcome would be oil leakage in case the bolt unscrews and the plug comes off. Hit me up if you want one done and I’ll squeeze it in at work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yamaha SR250 - A clean standard build

Was it by any chance you I saw today in western Lund, by Netto around 1630? Just caught a glimpse of a black, small bike as I turned in to the parking lot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yamaha SR250 - A clean standard build

I have some spare Denril (self lubricating nylon) laying around somewhere. I used it for my swingarm conversion instead Och bronze bushings. If you need it just tell me and I'll send you a PM on Facebook. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    1980 XT500 BUILD

Well, to me it looks like a weak construction but it shouldn't have to take any loads to talk about. I've hade this braking down and the ratchet wheel on the kick starter axle. I think that the issue lies more with the fact that we are talking about 35 year old engines that's had several owners...

    1980 XT500 BUILD

This is what happens if you run a cam shaft without the guide. The pin isn't strong enough and it will start to brake of. Picked this one out of my newly rebuilt engine after it seized the second time. Hadn't looked at the cam shaft since it looked all right when I installed it. Also it was a...

XS 650 rear wheel change to a GSXR 750

I've modified my sr500, which has the same size swing arm as the xs650, with a set from a zxr400. The rear rim is 5,5 inch and holds a 160 tire. I hade to make an offset sprocket both in the from and rear. I'm not done yet so I can't say wether or not it's going to work but so far it has...

    Yamaha SR250 - A clean standard build

I think the issue mig be that people tend to miss the fact that small scale manufacturing is fairly expensive. If you ask say, 120€ for a non-bolt-on product people will look at other cheaper/easier options. Especially if they don't have a proper garage with good tools/machines. One option I...

Suzuki GSX400 Four Cafe racer with USD fork and monoshock

If I'm not mistaken Delrin is a product name and POM is the acronym for the chemical composition. POM can vary depending on what you add to the mix. There is self lubricating POM, POM with more cold resistance etc. But basically stuff, different name. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yamaha SR250 - A clean standard build

The sprayplaster you got is, as far as I know, one of the best you can get over the counter in Sweden. The one I was talking about sometimes have to be ordered in advance, which I think I might have forgotten to mention since I didn't have to. Sorry about that. The 2K version I meant will work...
