Right?! I was originally going to use a standard cafe bump seat that I had laying around but when I set the rear cowl there I knew right away that I wanted to incorporate that into the design.

Thanks! Yeah I wanted to keep the gauge cluster area clean (just the one gauge) so I relocated the key to the side. I did that on a DRZ400sm I had. Worked out really well.

Okay yesterday was productive, I got in a couple parts so I finished some things. I rebuilt the forks, replaced the shifter shaft seal, added some new rear springs and attached the tail light and hooked it up. Everything went smooth. took the bike out for a spin and it was super fun. Seat is the...
I have a clutch cable that I just took off of my CJ360. It should probably be lubed up but still works and is not cracked at all. Should be the right length. Let me know if you want it. I also may have a spring, I have a lot of parts sitting in my storage shed, I will check to see if there is...
Yeah, was going to do a full restore but would probably be more money than it was worth since it is not a super desirable bike. As for the pipe I didn't cut up the stock CJ pipe, it was a old slip-on muffler that I had laying around and I shortened the baffle and slipped it back in for noise...

Today I did a couple small things, lubed the chain, added some grips, and modified the old exhaust to make my...

After that I worked up a mount for the speedo.
Last night I...

So I dont know if they would fit or what shipping would be to your side of the world but I am scrapping my rebuilt forks and triples if you are interested in maybe buying them. ;)

HERE WE GO! so I have a place back in Idaho and it is time to get back to this project. I can't believe how long it has been. A little info on the last few years: I was trying to complete this bike to ship to Hawaii when we moved there in 2011 but couldn't finish it. we never did get into a...
