Zinc plated fasteners look nice. unrelated, but I dig your garage, not the biggest but I really like the giant windows and the brick archways with the rollup doors. Im accustomed to working in dungeons with no natural light.

chemical crosslink is the way to go, just follow the flash times and you will be good. If you are spraying the 2k clear in your garage mind your PPE and if your garage is attached to the house you will want to open some windows. 2k clear has Isocynates in it.

Like all things with an entire industry dedicated to it, there are tons of different opinions and options. My "I'm-going-all-in" paint job layering is: epoxy primer, body filler, another coat of epoxy to seal any bare spots, high build primer, then some type of sealer (usually thin out epoxy...

CJ360 - what rearsets that wont need bent kicker?

use all thread and sleeve it with some tube? swadged radius rods make nice brake stays. they typically don't come smaller than 3/8" ends otherwise thats what you need for your rear sets https://rodendsupply.com/product-category/radius-rod/

Interesting. I wonder if it has some type of ripple smoothing as that seems to be the main issue with the single phase and lithium charging rather than the voltage output. EarthX is saying less than 1.5V delta in ripple.

On my KZ1000 I have a folding footpeg and a rotating brake lever system that allows me to rotate the brake lever back out of the way while kicking starting. Works good, required no modification to the kickstarter, but i did anyway because the high compression was bending the lever. if you check...

Common problem on the exhaust/rearset issue. Since you got the means, it might be nice to make some plates that will allow for some location adjustment of the footpegs to dial in the ergos. Maybe consider a lithium battery since this is a track/racebike? The draw back is you will need to change...

1980 Yamaha SR250 Swing Arm Tight

looking closer it appears that the factory shim is there to take up the slop of the swingarm external sleeve. you need a shim to space out the internal sleeve. So the shim you need has to have the same internal/external diameter to effectivly lengthen the internal sleeve. Try removing both of...

I feel your pain. Many times ive bought expensive parts only to need to hack them up. its always frustrating to do it. But now you can chop it up and make it even sleeker. Maybe shorten it more than the stock length to modernize the proportions a bit... lemons in lemonade and all that.

1980 Yamaha SR250 Swing Arm Tight

You need to shim the internal bearing spacer. Sometimes it make take several shims to allow the pivot to torque on the internal sleeve rather than the external sleeve.
