The last one looked nice in my opinion.

Could work well,but i think i would have adden some white to make more contrast betveen the colors on the logo and the sun to make it stand out a bit more....... Just a thougt ;) You could do the same graphics with the blue you had in mind and use purple instead of white for contrast.....(?)
