I actually just received a starter clutch from another member here so I no longer have a need for one (for now). But others that come across this post might so feel free to share if you do have any in good condition that could help someone else out. Thanks and good luck with the builds!

I've run into some repeating issues with the starting system on my 360 and wanted to see if others have run into the same things and if there are fixes that I and others should be aware of. I figure I can document some of the issues and fixes here for others to reference in the future. If you...
looking for a new starter clutch housing for my CB360. Mine has dents in it from the pistons pushing on the outer housing so it doesnt work well anymore. I learned that the 350 and 360 use the same clutch housing so either would work. There are some on ebay but everyone sells it with the starter...
I’m not even going to throw my $.02 in because everything you’ve done so far is amazing. Whatever you pick is going to look great I’m sure.
Nice photoshop skills by the way.

Looking great! That tank looks like it’s coming along very nicely!
What’s your plan for frame/tank/fender finish? Going with the same black/rust look as the photo you posted in the beginning?

I had a price alert set up for these for a couple years. I guess this is the lowest they’ve gone for in years.
These are the “good” pod filters for the cb360. The ones crazyPJ recommends. I already have a set so no use to me but hopefully someone here is in the market for them

I’m pretty sure you can remove that from the rotor. I removed it from my 360 when it was kick only. Also, 350 and 360 starter clutch have the same part numbers. But I already bought another clutch on eBay so I don’t need it anymore.

Bike is all back together again. I found a kickstart assembly in good shape on eBay. Was still having some problems with full disengagement so I decided to heat the guide up and bend it slightly. A couple times doing that and test fitting and I got it to a good point where it was smoothly...
Yup that's the way. I even tested functionality by hand to make sure the lobe properly aligned with the guide and the gears separated properly.

I've thought about adding some weld to the inside and outside of the bend to make it stronger once I get a new one in the mail. But it doesn't seem like I should have to do that. I haven't read about this being a common issue for anyone else

Here's what happens. You can see the cracks in the armpit of the guide from it getting bent out. It's definitely not from being too hard on the kick start because I never jump on it or anything. Sometimes the lever does snap back because of the return spring but im pretty sure that's by design...
