In the end I was 3 and a half turns out on air screw 3rd clip down on needles. 170 on main jets. Sorry for late reply good look with it .and my filters touched the frame too but did fit on carbs ok

Also looking at your tray have you checked the travel clearance of wheel to tray with suspension travel ?? When I did mine I spoke with hagon .they say you need 90mm minimum. Just trying to help mate .

I used m unit ran wiring through frame bit more work but really clean look .just a thought .are you going for open look in middle of bike ??

Have you thought about mounting battery under swing arm along with reg /rec .makes wiring easier?

Well seem to have fixed this problem bought a vibration resistant bulb. So far so good .
