Actually, I'll add to this. What I really want to know is, does a restrictive exhaust cause this? Is a 1/2" custom baffle for a cb350 too restrictive? I want to use the same exhausts if possible. But if it is too small, then I'll redo the exhausts altogether.

Solid green wires on our cb350's are for ground. Might have been for your horn, or something that was taken out. I wouldn't worry about it. Black - positive black/wite - ignition Green - ground

I believe that Mikuni calls them by both. "VM28 flatslide" is just the same as a "TM28"

You want the VM30's for sure. They're actually a tad large on our 350's, but it'll match up ok with your big bore. You'll loose power with VM32's. I could be wrong here cause this is all from trail and error and not from any kind of research, but my understanding is that a larger carb would...

Could use a rear brake assembly. Does it have the parts circled on the fiche? Have the engine mount bolts? I think there's also a spacer for one of the front bolts.
