I got the kick shaft sorted out best I can till I find a replacement. As I am tuning on the carbs I noticed someone has done a number on the pilot jet locotions on the carb body. I am thinking about swapping to vm24's. Anyone no where I can get quality boots to accomplish this.

I got the ol girl going, she runs real strong and a little tuning is all she needs... Except the PO goofed the kick shaft and I want to fix it right. Anyone have any pointers on replacing? Anyone have parts laying around?

Finally, got to work on my motorcycles again. Wired up and working. Clip ons and tires are next then I can get the controls and cables dialed in. Therapeutic last couple nights, wiring is a pain. [emoji41]

Not much progress lately. I will let the pictures talk: Now I need to figure out how to get my lights to work as brake, tail and, turn signals. I am waiting on spokes and my stuff from the powder coater. I did manage to get my Rd 200 going and found a guy to make me some chambers for it...

Still sanding my fingers raw.. I was thinking about a dark green with a lighter green for numbers on the tail but, that dark brown is growing on me.. ???

Gonna order rear sets and clip ons. So many options!! What do you guys prefer and for what reason? Thanks in advance.
