Hey guys
I got some good news for all the ace owners who are interested in some better camshafts. I searched the internet for a long time to find a better camshaft but all I found was brazilian sites who would only send them to brazilian adresses. So I contacted Douglas Ernani de Carvalho from...
I once had a similar problem with a cg125. After riding it for a while it kept on stalling. It was the fuel tank that sucked itself vacuum so the fuel stopped going to the carb. Maybe a long shot....
Good luck
Welcome Anthony
I've been riding my ace for a few years and made quite a few upgrades since I bought it.
I live in Antwerp as well. Maybe we'll meet up some day for a ride
Have fun with your ace

Hey guys
I've been pretty busy this past winter. I got a few things done with some help from a friend. We got some better compression with the big valve head ( I was driving the big bore kit with the 125head) , the porting is done, got some new valves in and removed every trace of the electric...
Hey Guys,
Last year I removed my starter motor. But now I'm finally finishing the cover. It's still a work in progress. But with a little help from a friend I'm hoping to get a nice result. (first picture)
By the way this is my second attempt. I ordered a new cover from Aliexpress hacked...
Hey LOLitsPOOP,
Thanks again for the link to the correct manifold. It arrived this week and was pretty easy to bolt on. I even managed to fit a velocity stack. I've started rejetting. The Keihin PE28 came with 50-125 jets. That's just to big. Now I'm running 32-110 and it's running...
Hey guys,
Wasn't quite sure where to post this. It's about carburettors so I put it here.
I'm in the process of changing to a genuine Keihin PE28.
I'm running the 150cc big bore kit with the 125 head, open exhaust,... (you can look at my setup on the database spreadsheet)
It feels like I'm...
Sounds like a great setup, I'll be cheering from here in Belgium.
Do you still use the stock carb? I'll be trying a Keihin PE28 soon. I also use a 150cc with 125 head. I will post how it goes with the bigger carb once I get it jetted right.
Good luck, orrible
My Honda gasket first didn't fit. I used my sanding machine to make it a little bit thinner on both sides. Be careful not to sand for too long. The heat deforms the gasket a bit but it shrinks to normal size when it cools down. I never had leaking fuel again.

Hey Red Ace,
My top speed hasn't changed a lot. It's still around 110-115 kmh but it gets there a lot faster. I'm almost 95kg so that's not too bad for the bike. It's a lot more fun to ride now
I'm not using the big valve head because I didn't get it to run right (couldn't get it over 8000...
Hey Sam,
I didn't use the base gasket only sealant. Since then I've done almost 700km. No complaints yet. Very happy with the 150 big bore with 125 head combination.

Sorry guys from Antwerp,
I confirmed too quickly for the Antwerp DGR. I thought it would be in the afternoon. But I just received the mail with the ride details: It's at 10AM. Next year I'm in.
