Dyna coil are junk? That is news to me... Ive replace crappy no name coil by Dyna coil 3-1 because of one is crapping on me... I still have the old stock one...

CB450 71 with Dyna coil, Dyna s ignition unit, 7amp ups gel battery, Brand new rectifier for Oregon, stock regulator.

Well... I can say that it's a lot of fun to ride! And people likes the sound too. Thr use those piston kit in racing and guess what... They are pretty fast... Faster than any other stock 450.
I've made the same upgrade to my cb450. I had to open the engine anyway so I haven't run a stock 450. Hers what I have on mine

Yeah that's what I meant. Cv carbs slide are not moved by the cable so usually they are not stuck. Since the op put them into pieces I tought he already test the carb for full working.
Usually it's cause by dirty jets.
But! If they are not sync for sure it can cause problem.
Bench sync then at least and try it again.
Are you sure that fuel line is not kinked?
I have 2 carburators for sale for kawasaki s2.
Carburators are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. might need a gasket kit.
80$ each plus shipping.
I can bead blast them for 10$ each.

Just wanna give you guys an update.
All my price is canadian so juste one carburator (40 CAN) would come 33$USD right now.
Compared to my competitor you don't have to put the carburator into parts as we'll do it.
We also have a stock of the major bowl screws type so we can change them if they...
Ok of course everything is removed but I've done many of those and I haven't removed the the butterfly shaft. I'm not using any dangerous solvent that can harm the rubber seal.
But if a rebuild kit is bought then for sure I remove all the component to rebuild those.
