Webike Global - Get the hard-to-find Old Japanese bike parts here, also giveaway

Got my parcel a couple of days ago. One happy note for Canadians is the shipping comes via Canada Post. This greatly reduces the risk of being charged insane brokerage fees by the couriers (UPS is the worst) for importing the package into the country. With Canada Post being the final delivery...

    Where to source oversize piston/rings?

A reputable machine shop (check with the vintage racer community in your area) will take your piston and cylinder and bore to match and to factory specs. For a multi-cylinder bike they match each piston to a hole and mark the pistons so you put them in the right cylinder, as there are variances...

Building An Allloy Tank For My TR5mx

I had a fancy aluminum tank made by Evan Wilcox for my XS650, and the welds on your tank look every bit as good. Mine even had a pinhole leak at one of the mounting bosses welded in to mate with the frame at the front. I just stuck some fuel tank epoxy to it. It was a massive tank, so I never...

Post a pic of your latest purchase

Never posted up the DRZ400S I picked up a few weeks ago. Love it - sold the KLR to fund the purchase. And of course I can't leave well enough alone so I already have an Acerbis plastic tank for it in 'natural'. The extra gallon will be nice to have even with the 1 gallon RotopaX that came...

The Travelling Gremlen Bell! In Kentucky getting Rusty.

Glad to see the Ace Corner is no longer the Ace Corner :) and is now not an upcharge. When we started it with Dime City Cycles and a few others including Ace Cafe way back, it was free and not a big deal. Then Ace Cafe turned it into a money making enterprise, kept all the money, and drove it...

    Brake hose lenghts chart?

Braided lines are very bendy - but perhaps not right where they connect at the banjo, where you don't want any sharp bends anyhow. FWIW I like Speigler lines, but might look at this company for a line I'll need for my R75/6 big brake conversion.
