Re: Suzuki GT185 1978 buils greater care, greater results. Many times a boring part, makes look like we're stuck in the project, but has direct influence in the final result.

Seat pan and hoop both looking great! What is the thickness of the seat pan? Isn't it too thick? And how you intend to fix the upholstery to it? These questions I ask myself in my current project, looking for others viable solutions than i have already thought about haha

When molding the fiberglass on the frame? I put some newspaper hehehe. and used it to isolate/protect the gas tank too, since i needed it on place to shape it perfectly. Works like a charm, and it's free!

Re: Suzuki GT185 1978 buils stripping the wheel down it's not that hard, and you're surely able to put it on again. I don't know about there, but here it costs 50 in the local currency to mount a wheel, and only 10 to just align it. So i went on google to see how to put it together, paying...

Fantastic! Just found your post, i'm building a brat/scrambler with my cousin, it's gonna be his first bike. It's a Honda ML125 1983, and i'm seeing a lot of resemblances between our projects, including the rear led lights, tires.. following! Keep the good work!

    1975 Honda CB125S

Very nice job! I'm currently building a Honda ML125 1983, turning it into something between a brat and a scrambler. Liked what you did in your front fender, looks like what i wanna make with mine, besides it's a little rusty. Following thread and keep on!
