Make a front swap without buying new calipers if I don't need one?
Also, why shouldn't I want to know this? Is this some kind of secret knowledge that acquiring cost an eye?
I can't seem to find it now, but I remember comparing bearing sizes and they were different. But I figured that maybe you can just slam 250's stem into 125 together with fitting bearings. If only stem length is the same and you can actually buy bearings in required size.

I think that requires person interested a little more in bikes than show itself to notice such slight differences.
Especially females are probably more interested in rider then bike while watching TWD.

I was wondering, Suzuki GN 250 have bigger disc than GN125, but calipers looks very simillar. Is it possible that they used the same calipers and adjusted angle to fit bigger disc simply by changing brakes and wheel mounting point on forks (which is actually very different than in GN 125)...
