    CB360 Lights Issue

I found a bad ground and all of my bulbs burnt out. I am guessing I got a voltage spike due to the bad ground. I am replacing bulbs and putting it back together, then I will test the voltage regulator to make sure it’s still good.

    CB360 Lights Issue

Update, I hooked it up to a known good battery and I have gauge lights, but that’s it.

    CB360 Lights Issue

the first symptom I noticed was my front signals seemed weak, but I didn’t think much of it since everything else was fine and I wasn’t blowing fuses. That went on for a couple of months. Then my starter hung up, so I pulled the right hand control apart and repaired a broken connection on the...

Timing made everything a ton better. It also led me to notice when tuning that my right side air/fuel mixture doesn’t appear to be doing anything.......

    CB360T resto-rection

So I was talking to a guy this morning and he mentioned that my suspected carb issues could be timing related. I have no point of reference for how much power I should have, I am basing it all off of the fact that when I downshift or decelerate I get a series of pops, but not when I accelerate...

I may replace them someday, but right now I just want to get it running well enough to enjoy it. I know everyone says you can't fix it with just a re-jet, but surely I can make it better, right? Lol. As far as I know the carbs are stock, and I have my mixture set as good as I can seem to get it...

    CB360T resto-rection

Just an update, I got it all together, it is an absolute blast to rip around on. The carbs need work, I need tires, and a seat cover, but from where I started I am super pleased. I owe most of my progress to you guys who have helped me out and answered all my questions. Thank you for that.

    CB360T resto-rection

Well after playing with the mixture last night the popping is MUCH improved. Now my only issue seems to be that I cant get my clutch to fully engage. I have followed the instructions in the service manual, but when I shift into first or start the bike in gear with the handled pulled in, I can...

    CB360T resto-rection

I don't know that I had those to begin with? My side covers had rubber grommets in them when I got them but they were just a rubber grommet, I assumed that's all there was to it. They were cracked and brittle and came apart when I tried to remove them for painting. They seem to just press on to...

    CB360T resto-rection

As far as I know they are unmodified stock. At this point I am ok with less than max performance as I get it going and put around town on it, I just want to keep from damaging anything. I am sure there will be a rejet in the future. Tonight I am going to adjust my mixers to max idle and then...

    CB360T resto-rection

It moves under its own power! I got a battery in it last night and ripped it around the neighborhood. It runs well, I will play with the carbs a bit to make sure. The shorty exhaust must be the motorcycle equivalent of glass packs because as soon as I let off the throttle it’s nothing but pop...

    CB77 Tank options

I was thinking just a classic style metal tank. I don’t have a seat so seat/tank fitment won’t be an issue.

    CB77 Tank options

Any suggestions on tank options for a CB77? I have looked around and there doesn't seem to be a lot of tank swapping on them, so I am looking for ideas of tanks that would be made to fit with relatively little headache. TIA.
