We are doing this 3/16/2013 in Glen Rose, Tx FB= http://www.facebook.com/events/578091715550104/ Started out as a Moto Giro style event but most of my buddies are DTT cats so there will be a mix of DTT bikes and vintage euro scoots/peds/thumpers.
(..Small bike rally for vintage nuts around the...
I installed one of these about a month ago and it was so bright I had to turn it down with a different resistor. If you want to be seen you cant go wrong here.
It was about $30, maybe $35 all said and done. Requires a bit of work and a little bit of math but its well worth doing. Here's a...
CRAP, I forgot all about this. We have a local DTT on FB and ive been stuck in there. Well I'm still up for either a fall or spring meet up.
I propose Glen Rose as the spot. They have the best damn bbq and hamburgers, the coolest beer gardens, and kick ass hill country roads. We can camp...
Ive barely started the rebuild on it. When I'm done it should look like this:
I'll stomp it good and then pass it on to someone else. I'm not one for letting a bike gather dust.
Sweet bikes, i've a garage full of benellis and a tiny moto morini but no ducatis. Had 2 modern monsters but no vintage ducs yet. My friend down in Austin has a 250 sitting on his patio just waiting for me.
Googled it, here's a few, if you really want to see the book source I could probably scan it later tonight.

Hee Hee, I have a book from Mick Walker that supports my statement.....wanna see a quote?
The manx was sold to the public, won more races, had a frame thats still used today, and was OHC. You know the featherbed came from a manx right?
Ive never been a parilla fan, they started out making copies of old Norton manxes. Can you see the similarity? Pity, the motors were kind of neat. Parilla put the cam half way up the block.

Yeah maybe, but then it wouldnt fit the fork drop outs. I also dont see how 150mm spacing compared to stock 135 would pose an issue. This is a 250cc bike and these forks are a huge improvement over stock.
i'm splicing an tls rd hub and forks to a custom cnc tree w 150mm spacing at the drop outs. Does anyone have a 5/8 axle thats really long? Would need to be close to 9 or 10".
You've got two problems, wiring the switch, and then wiring the headlight. Can you match the switch diagram up to the factory/manual diagram? Worry about the headlight later.
Your old headlight had two wires on each HL terminal, probably sharing that current with other devices. My benelli...
