Looked at that raptor paint but it's a little rough looking, going for 2k satin black, should be done for the weekend.

So, the wrinkle finish paint is a no go! It absolutely will not wrinkle in a few areas no matter what I tried, worth a go i guess but it's not happening. So to plan B, sand the paint smooth and use it as a tough undercoat for a 2K satin black paint.

Cheers Brodie! Had a look today and I have a couple of patches that haven't worked so just gone over them again. Funny stuff to use that's for sure.

It's over some heat now until tomorrow morning, it will help cure the paint and tighten up the grain, it'll be as tough as powder coating in 48hrs.

Yep, I'm aware of static sag etc, I was just interested in people's experience of what changes they have done that actually work. I would like to firm things up a little from standard.

Got the frame in etch primer for a bit of protection, it shows up how rubbish the standard factory welds are! Bearings are arriving thick and fast so need to get the swingarm and forks sorted.
