I had a GS 850, but it was just a bike to flip. My experience with GS's was that they don't run well without the factory airbox. Welcome to DTT!

When switching over to LED's you will most likely need a flasher relay that handles LED's. Otherwise your turn signals will flash at a higher rate with LED's. Not really a huge problem.

Just north of Sarasota in Bradenton. I have my entire life up in the air at the moment. Once my house in Milwaukee sells, and I move everything down here I would like to bring the 360 over your way. Shake hands, talk bikes, spot of tea that kind of stuff. I have family in St. Augustine, so I...

Might be a good time to soak the tank in vinegar before you weld it up. I see a bit of rust in there.

The bike is still in storage, due to my move to Florida. Once the dust settles, I'll be back on the CB360 for sure. In the mean time,my wife picked up a 2015 KTM 390 Duke. Holy crap that is one great engine they produce. Single cylinder with OHVs, revs to 8500 rpm. Gauges show gear...

while you in the parts ordering mood . . . Push the piston out of the caliper with compressed air if you haven't already. Inspect the outside diameter of the piston for rust or pitting. This will cause the front brake to bind, leak fluid and feel inconsistent. A new seal with a stainless...

    MGD's 1975 CB360T

I sent the tank out to a friend in San Diego for some paint. He wouldn't let me know much about what he was going to do with it, only that he was having some pin striping done also.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, (but here it comes) but you post this in September? I'm not sure any of my bikes will see the streets again in 2014, it's cold up here!!

    MGD's 1975 CB360T

It's been awhile, but I haven't given up. I finally learned how to weld, with the help of a friend's shop/equipment. So far the center-stand has been all that needed welding.

The glue on that true "Duct" tape is unbelievable. It should hold up to the temps just fine. I hope you never want to get that stuff off the tank.

For us Yanks, what is actual "tea time?" Like 3:00pm?
  19. BlueCB360

    MGD's 1975 CB360T

No I have not. I intend to make it look similar to stock, without the piping. I little lower profile, and smoothed out transitions where it meets the tail light. Problem is finding some one locally I can trust.

"Buell" is a Harley Davidson line, that still manufactures parts but has not produced a bike since 2010. HD will no longer make parts for "Buell's" after 2019. How ever, EBR (Eric Buell Racing) is very much still in business, producing $40K two wheeled works of art.
