main jet in these carbs are #45. slow jet is #38 according to what is stamped on the jets.

The existing main jet in the carbs are #45 but 1 is missing? anyone know what jet size that is equivalent to since I'm unable to find another #45 main jet. All the jets I;ve seen for these carbs are # 130-150, just uncertain which is the right size?

I have the same bike with the same issue, Guy @ Motobits told me race bikes with rear sets didn't have kick starters? So make sure your electric start works or you can push start it in third gear, as long as your not in a valley ;D
