the w2 kawasaki engine in the slim line was sidelined as i need to build/buy a frame jig to widen the frame so i decided to slip in one of the two pre unit triumph engines..... after making up templates and a dozen on/offs i have the 1/4" aluminum plates almost done..

decided to make a new brake lever due to the stock one being too long,pedal angle wrong and not enough adjustment to move down. all mild steel except the brake pedal end which is 6061-t6. almost complete, all welded except for adjusted nut which was high temp silver brazed on. put a two coats...
