    1968 CL450 original front wheel size 18" or 19"

    Hi Guys, Does anyone have a 1968 CL450 with the original front wheel? I know later year CL models came with a 19" front wheel but something, my Honda sense, tells me that in 1968 both the CB and CL models came with an 18" front tire. Please let me know and thanks! -David

    Solved DIY piston ring compressor

    $5 DIY piston ring compressor is 4" pvc connector (the thinner ones by landscaping at Lowes), bevel edge with file to match barrel, cut to 3/4" and use with 4" hose clamp. Set the beveled edge 1/8" above clamp to set into cyclinder well. Oil, then tighten fully, then back off a little. Lower...

    Ding on cylinder wall---Worry or Not???

    Dear Crew, The PO tried to un-seize my '68 CB450 and the corner of the flat head screwdriver made a small ding on the cylinder wall. In your opinion... should I worry or not. Planning on a light hone and new rings. No ridges or rust lines, it was a soft seize. Thanks -David

    '68 CL450 Carb puzzler

    Hi Guys, Need your knowledge! Do you have steel pilot screws in your 450, and with stock pipes do you run a 140 or 130 main? The manual says 130 but I read somewhere 140 for scrambler pipes. Any help much appreciated! -David

    Aftermarket rectifier no ground wire cl360

    Hi Guys just bought an aftermarket rectifier 4 wire, for my '75 cl 360 it doesn't have a ground wire like the original did that ground it using the bolt to the battery box? Should I use it? Thanks -D
