1979 Schwinn Le Tour III Picked this guy up a few days ago on craigslist for a good deal. I commute to work on it most of the time. This last week I probably put close to 80 miles on it. The ride to work is mostly downhill and at 6am, so its pretty pleasant. The ride home on the other had is...

    Cb350 vm30 carb tuning issues

Sounds to me like you are running rich. If it was lean it would rev uncontrollably very high. It has been a while since I messed with a 350 but when I had mine I am pretty sure I ended with 37.5 pilots and 130 mains with the clip in the center. Looking back it could probably used a bit more fine...

Looking really good. That seat and your paint turned out awesome. I love the white and brown, especially on a brat. What paint did you use on the tank? Nice work, keep it up

    BMW 92' K75S - A "Flying Brick"

Yeah, I may have to do this for that last length of line. Somewhere has to sell that stuff other than the dealer. I was told to check out a boating place, so I called one today. The guy I talked too was not confident his could be submersible. Maybe a lawnmower place? There is a small fuel...

    The Workshop & Deck

Re: Workshop, all cables in! & 1 wall insulated + covered How come there is no roof yet? Doesn't that come before finishing up the walls? I am aware I could be asking a really dumb question, but I saw the rain clouds in your picture and got worried ;D Walls being finished in wood? Isn't that...

"Cafe Racer" such a loose term! Craigslist "Gem" of the week!

hahahahah... I am all for people being creative and building what the like...but there is a line, and some stuff is just awful. Also just cause you think its awesome doesn't mean its worth $4000, but what do I know? I am sure some even bigger jackass is handing him $4k as I type. I guess you...

"Cafe Racer" such a loose term! Craigslist "Gem" of the week!

Really missing what makes this worth $4000. Looks like a once nice cb360 that he took the side covers off of, slapped on pod filters and screwed up the front end like no ones business. $4000!!!??? Come on people. Oh yeah it is a cafe racer too ::) http://austin.craigslist.org/mcy/3104362801.html

    BMW 92' K75S - A "Flying Brick"

Well an update finally... I have been doing a bit of research trying to track down possibilities for my radiator fan motor repair/replacement. I opted to go with replacement, as I had no luck tracking down the actual harness. Will help from the gents on Motobrick and K100 Forum I decided to...
