replacing oil seal on the fork, used a vide duct tape and monkey wrench to twist the middle section off, kind of a pain because now I have to order the lower o ring :/.

I was having trouble finding a good manual for my g3ss so happy with this pickup over 200 pages with detailed information on various models. Worth way more then the $14 I spent

OOOoOOOOOOooOOOOOO I'm very interested in that. Been trying to figure out a better breathing alternative for my KE100. Essentially the same as a G3. That's a neat little blurb, where did you find it?

EDIT: just saw you found one of the service manuals with the (kinda rare) hipo section. Nice find! Post more info as you find it, I'm following this with great interest.

Yes it's an awesome manual, super legit information, and tons more modifications you can do, I'll post more info soon. I googled the intake and found this

I'm very excited as well for tuning this bike. Now I'm trying to figure out how to construct a intake like these, if you know how or can figure something out keep me posted. It would be awesome to find one but I'm sure are very hard to find.

Another thing you can do is open up the rotary valve a couple degrees on either side, there should be a template online (or at least be able to find the exact amount to cut away) to emulate the valve from the G31M Centurion Baby Green Streak. It's a very easy exercise to really tap into some of the potential of these motors.

Looks like it's the unburnt two stroke oil going down the exhaust pipe. Are you running premix or stock pump?
