1975 CB125 Tracker project

It's nice when you get those few days in a row when all your parts roll in. Were you planning on doing a top end refresh or is it good to go already ?

Its good to go I'm pretty sure. It had 120 psi cold after 4 pumps of the kickstart by hand then fired up and ran strong wjth gas and a coil so we'll run it and do a warm test but there was no smoke or weird noises etc.

Yep. Also figured out we can dye the donated leather to match the seat to save work. $20 bucks on Amazon for the dye. Black is a better colour to go with the blue he wants to paint the tank.

Looks like a good kit. I need to get the same for my XL. Thanks for the links.

found a satin blue rattle can that we think is the colour he wants. We'll buy a can and try it out. tried to link it but when I do it changes to the stock pic in pink LOL.

I painted a bicycle in Rustoleum Satin Ink Blue for a neighbor kid. It turned out very well. I used the 2K satin clear to seal it. It's dark but really catches the eye.

Hard to see but the leds are much brighter. I'll get better pics on the bike later but the Pic one is old brake light, pic 2 is old running light pic 3 is new LED brake and you can see how much the background is lit from in, pic 4 is the new LED running light and it is as bright as the old brake light.

Small snaphoo on the blinker bulbs. Right V wrong socket. I will have to mod the factory sockets to use them. Or buy aftermarket with right socket and swap bulbs. Mmmmm.

Ebay won out on the signals. These are already in Canuckistan and have the right socket so a swap to the 6V bulbs will make them work and they look oem only half the size. With the super bright LED they still should be good and visible. 2 sets on route.

Nice, and local too. I've been waiting weeks for gl parts from the US, but buying local these days is the way to go if possible

well as local as Scarborough ON is LOL, but 4-8 days verses the 4-5 weeks everything else is taking. and only about $6 more than the same ones ex-China direct so worth it for the speedier delivery.
