That sounds like a plan. A second set of hands would be good. I'd be there if it wasn't an 8 hour drive. I've had my table fall 2 times trying to do something like that alone.
put an old blanket down and lay the whole bike on its side. Preassemble the front end, and then install it while the bike is on its side. Then all you have to do is stand the bike up on its wheels
I bought an engine hoist from Crappy Tire to do things like this, it works great and folds up somewhat to take less space.I thought about that Doc but just couldn’t get my head around the dynamics and physics of weight-shifting, slippability and general fuckery. The fact that the table - even lowered - is still several inches above ground level that complicates the manoeuvre further. Again, more hands would help though.

He is one of my favourite drummers. Their last album, it's fantastic! If I was an inch tall and could sit anywhere at a T00L show it would be somewhere on Danny's drum kit. Fact.
I got tickets for the Montreal show in April but now all bets are off. Fear Inoculum is an absolute bastard of a behemoth right up there with the best. DC's drumming is the highlight throughout for meHe is one of my favourite drummers. Their last album, it's fantastic!
