I thought the same, but all the events I've attended this year have been smaller. The Daytona bar chopper shows were the exception. The AMCA Wauseon, Ohio event looks like a bust due to heavy rains. I hope the rain stops before Vintage Days. I planned on going but we have another commitment that interferes with the travel days.
