Y'all should try OnShape. It's free and totally browser based, meaning you can use it on any system anywhere. It was designed by the group of engineers who initially started Solidworks.

I just signed up. I love server based systems. Make it so much easier to get work done from multiple locations. No need to worry about moving files, missing libraries, and what not. I've been very impressed with Fusion 360 though. The Cad Cam in a single unit makes it so nice.

Fusion does have nice CAM abilities. OnShape has a bunch of plugins and I know there are some CAM options, I haven't tried them out yet though.
