I'll post up a more lengthy recap on the build once I scrape myself off the floor. The bike is running and running damn well. Started out for a ride and the clutch had a "quack" when engaged. The guess is that the ball bearing is missing from the right side. The front brake caliper is also locking. I wasn't about to take off down that gravel driveway while the 3RM was grabbing a hand full of front brake the whole way. It was also probably the bike saving my life, saying "You've been up for 4 straight days, please don't ride me".

It was a bittersweet thing taking these photos. With a click of the shutter and a flash of the strobes, the curtain slowly dropped on the 3RM project. I felt accomplished and sad that this amazing journey with my close friends was finally at a close.
