400four, Dueling Banjos

Thanks Trek, i’ll follow that advice for my Scruffy Racer tank and panels.
on the subject of DA polishers i saved up for a Flex Pxe 80 cordless rotary/DA polisher which is excellent for small bike panels.

I googled it...that Flex pxe 80 looks really nice. It costs more than I care to invest, If I did this work for $$$ then maybe.

Last time I peeked into Santa's big book it said I was Nice! ...of course I haven't seen it since I peeked...
Here’s a hint. I hope it helps....

The paint and clear went on nice yesterday eve. Starting wet sand and polish now.
Hopefully the weather will clear up some in the next couple hours and I will get some shots.

Well the weather turned to shit for pics. Pouring rain now.
Im pleased, the cowl paint came out super.
Pics in the garage sucks. So Ill share some I took a week or 2 ago...nevermind the bad finish on the cowling.

These last two are taken tonight w 1st "soft" polish.

Thanks guys!!!
I am loving the GREEN! Pics dont really do the color justice.
Ill work on getting all the greasy fingerprints cleaned up and get some better shots soon...weather permitting.

That's the color that Mrs Ridesolo wanted me to paint the Hedgehog before I decided on the "airplane" theme.

Green always gets my vote. Love the colour, bike looks great Trek

I'm a bit color inept, but that makes me think the bobberer needs to be that color....

Thanks everyone!!!

Oh yea, Its the perfect color for your bobber!
Its a very difficult paint to work with from a spray can.
I would highly recommend doing something larger w a gun.

Love the green. I wanted that colour for the GL but it was not easy to get in time to have the paint for the ride I was scheduled on.
