Certainly the bike that changed motorcycling as it was known at that time. There may be an arguement that its the bike of the century but it may be a very weak arguement.

Meh, I suppose I can see it... but saying motorcycle of the century is like picking a rock & roll song of the century... there's just too many and too many different schools of design. While we're at it let's pick a beer brat of the century, or a beer
