71 Honda CB350: Enthusiast turned builder!

I was there last year, but didn't make it this year.

Here are pictures from this year taken by a friend of mine.

I finally got the table finished! Slow process, with this weather. I will be disassembling the bike this weekend. Look for updates soon.

Table looks good! I found a table by the side of the road that I might try and use. Only problem is I would need a buddy to help me get a bike on and off of it haha!

I like the idea of the bike table of course, but I agree with AlphaDog, it is a little tall, mine is about 21" tall.

I made some progress on the dis-assembly. It definitely gave me better perspective on what needs to get worked on first. Here are some detailed pics of the bike. Also, once I removed the exhaust pipes, I was able to get a good look at just how horrendous the inside of the engine really is. The fun has only just begun, I can't wait to crack it open.

Man that is a clean bike.

So.. Here is the thing that I have seen just from lurking.. and shooting my mouth off with little to no real world experience....

Nobody is into building motorcycles to save money. They are money pits. Your table might work fine for this build but if you keep going.. you are going to want the right tools for the job.

That being said.... you are all a bunch of wimps.. get down on the ground and get dirty.. who needs a stinkin table.
I'm with Lazlo.

That bike looks finished.

Spent about 8 hours working on the bike. I got most all of the major components removed, and found some nasties behind the sprocket cover. Also, had a little time to polish up one lonely part. On to the engine tomorrow!
I will be selling some parts as well, so I know some of you may be interested in some stock pristine cb350 parts; pm me.

This is also in good spirit. You'll be fine.
