Many bikes have a "chain slider" and it's fairly common thing on more modern chain bikes. I have one on my XS650 Yamaha. I changed the swingarm and did a monoshock conversion (FZR600) so I wanted as much swingarm angle as I could get. I used the FZR chain slider. It's behind the chain guard and on top of the swingarm, hard to see but you get the idea?

so my buddy just took some really great pictures of this finished build and my daily driver. the black one used the stock seat pan and tank from the silver and orange bike to make the basis of the seat. an old cb tank was fitted and rattle can painted. the goal was to mod the bike with parts laying around and spend as close to $20 and a week as possible to make the black bike look like it does now. pretty happy with it for a fast and dirty job

Awesome bikes! My buddy Ryan from Lost Garage posted some stuff on your bikes...incredible that this was your first attempt! I definitely have some inspiration for when I try to tackle major mods on my cl350 this winter!
