Here is a video clip of yesterday's ride down 282 West in Pennsylvania. Sorry, no revs over 6k, still being broke in. (Ignore the squeaky brakes )

Great video. I went riding yesterday on my 77 KZ750 with a tshirt and 3/4 helmet. Your inspiring me to wear more gear.

BTW whats top speed on your bike....technically speaking?

800 miles on the OD. Getting lots of riding in. A fresh paint job will come at the end of the season. Man I love this bike.

Pics with Ton Up Philadelphia, and paint photoshop draft. Rally Green with KZ650C gold decals.

Should be around 140 ish with lower bars. Probably closer to 130 as it is now

Thanks guys. This spreadsheet filled out for the KZ650 gear ratio and my sprocket setup (17/42) outlines what it's capable of...as long as I got the horse power to get me there.

on my stock motor kz650 it would run out of power in 5th at 115mph(185kph) 7000 RPM with a 17/42 gears. so imagine with your upgrades those numbers are doable.

Took off those ugly decals. Used a blow dryer to heat decal and an old plastic drivers license to peel it off without damaging the paint. Had to use Goo Gone to get the residue off. Thankfully no paint was harmed. Followed that by rubbing compound and polish finish to clean up the paint all around.

Finished with some proper kz650/z650 attire. Badges and the chrome chain guard to compliment the chrome in the front. Getting better looking with every little tweak!

Very doubtful you'll ever find max speed changing up at 4500 rpm. You need to be closer to red line for speed testing

Created a great route from Philly to Victory Brewing Co in Downingtown. Used REVER to create the route and navigate. Fun Saturday. She's just 50 miles shy of her 1000 mile break-in. Runs flawlessly.
