All quiet on the home front ???

What you all up to ? I'm sure there's work going on in sheds and workshops up and down our fair land. 8)

It's a busy time of year at university for me, although I'm trying to prep the Honda for its first show in May.

Glad to see all you UK DTT'ers are still busy with your projects.

Thanx for taking the time to respond - responses keep forums / clubs alive. ;)

Just getting warm enough to ride here in the Commonwealth. Father-in-law's 750 is back together and running; mine is back together, it ran last week and won't start now. Only pops on cylinder #1

We're still plugging away in deepest Kent....
Rebuilding one of my 500's.....wacky rising sun paint, new wheels and pipes, tuned motor, lots to do.....was hoping to take it with me to the TT, but not looking promising tbh.
Got an event coming up if any of you fancy a trip !

Had this dropped off today. In 16 weeks, it has to be prepped and race ready for the Manx Grand Prix. It was a spares bike for the black / yellow bike in the second picture, which I painted for last year, but now it's going to be a fresh bike for 2017.

Righty ho. I'll wait till we get started and post updates over the coming weeks. The bike is a low mileage ZX6-R and not so bad as the engineless state it's currently in would suggest.

Lots going on in my shed too! Just got back the wheels from being built....and again thanks for the Grimeca TJ! Will be starting on that bike properly soon and, like Mark, will probably start a seperate thread.....

Yep, those hubs are definitely the canine's cajones !!

Looking forward to the build pix .......... keeps MY juices flowing.

I'll be starting it in a week or so TJ but am also making more frames and putting a Triton together as well so it'll be a bit sporadic!
If I had the time for it though I'd be buying this....

And then building a frame for it like this....would make a lovely bike!

I saw that one too....same importer as the red one. I'm sorely tempted to buy it but have too much on really....badly want to make a frame like the one in the pic and even went so far as to try a piece of tube to see if my bender could manage the bend above the cylinder head....which it can!!
