Anyone know PamcoPete?

Having issues with communication with PamcoPete. Received an ignition no issue but one of the boards was bad. I sent him a message on April 4th and he agreed to replace. Sent him a few messages and finally Heard back from him again on the 9th that he was going to send it. Sent a few more follow-up messages which have not been responded to and I have not received my part. Not angry yet but I need this ASAP to get ready for the thaw. Hoping there is someone out there that can give him a friendly kick in the butt for me.

Sent him a link to this thread. I know he's been crazy busy with tax time and the business and with getting the electronic advance units ready for shipment.
Pete's stand up....he'll make it right.

What bike, BTW? I know that sometimes demand is great than supply, depending on the model.

He's likely a little busy as he just recently released an electronic advance kit for the XS650 and has been swamped with orders I think I know he frequents the XS650.com board often.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. What model is the ignition and what Email name did you use.

OK. I replied to the two PM's. Basically, the product is very popular and we build 4 different models now, so we are running out of each model as we are building more of the others! This year has really gotten off to a quick start and all the models we offer are enjoying brisk sales. We will take care of orders and returns just as soon as we can.
