These RS-1 helmets were a slight step down from Bell's top of the line Star helmets. I have actually owned a Star helmet and I think the RS-1 was better. This RSD series are limited run helmets designed by Roland Sands, and this one is no longer made. This helmet cost nearly $500 when I purchased new last season. This was a spare helmet and I no longer use it. My primary helmet is a different graphic RS-1 Bell.
