Hey Sasquach Any fresh updates since the holidays? Im waiting to get my carbs back from crazypj and ordering clip-ons right now, soon as I get done writing this.
I'm at a stand still for a couple of months . Got my Shadow apart for cleaning and when thats done my Cadillac is comming home for some work then I'll be back on it but thanks for the interest .
Well I havent gotten anything done in a while . etween shit breaking in the house and cars I had to push this aside for atleast a couple more weeks . Hopefully I can get back on it soon .
Are you getting good penetration on those welds? I know the battery box is just tacked but the gusset, the shock mounts, and the frame joint under the seat look kinda scetchy to me, it's hard to tell going by pics... Not flaming you, just want you to be safe.
Yes I 've been burning them in pretty good . The gussets on the top of shocks are just tacked in . Once I get everything mocked up I am gonna weld everything after I take it apart . Thanks for the concern .
Well between the older girls softball and running the boy to work and both of them to the club they go to I got a few hours to play . Tied the top of the stamped steel to the tubing I used to make the rear of the frame .
