Hello Gents,
I am posting because after a patch of tough sledding; adjusting to life post-war/combat injuries, and finally shook loose from my succubus ex-wife and I can look at replacing the lost horses in my stable.
The first, and most important for me, to get back is the BSA C11G that I had. I know I cannot get the one that I previously owned back, but I would like to get one very similar. ---I am looking for a BSA C11G from years 1939-1946 (I used to own a '46.) They made 2 versions of this machine: a 4spd gear-box with a plunger style rear suspension and a 3spd gear-box with a rigid frame. I am looking for the version with the 3spd box and the rigid frame.
So I'm putting the call out to all of my DTT Brethren--If you happen to come across one of these machines, as long as it is in the United States, is complete, and has a clean, transferable title, I would be most appreciative if you guys could kick the lead my way. This bike is like a spirit animal for me, it's a very happy thing for me to be able to post this and think that I might be able to get one of my favorite things back again. Thanks for reading guys. Happy Holidays.

--Attached is a photo of the '46 BSA C11G that I previously owned and was unfortunately parted with. Was a beauty to me.
