I will post the completed bike later in the weekend. I am going to take some images with it wiped down. The one's I have currently the bike has some dust on it. So the paint looks like it has dirt in it.
Am I mistaken or did you drill that metal strip into the tank, what material is that tank made of? Did you seal it after attaching the strip and with what? Thanks.

We built an inner tank for the bike and those pieces being drilled cover the tank. So no leaking fuel from the bike.
As far as the comment about the budget build I like budget builds too. This obviously is not one of them and it's not what we are interested in doing. We want to build bikes that have been highly customized and still able to be ridden.
Boy we did catch hell on the last thread about the wheels I reread it and it made me laugh. The bike does have some miles on it and it rides and handles great. I am happy to report back the wheels are holding up just fine.
BTW.. Those wheels are supplied by a U.S. Wheel manufacture who supplies blanks to about 60% of the high end motorcycle and car wheel manufactures. Chances are theres a lot of people on this forum using these on their bikes or cars.
I thought this was the bike that everyone had a cow about a few months back. The bike looks awesome. I really like those wheels now. and the red paint it looks sweet. Budget builds, ha who the f has a damn budget. you build these things to look the way you want them too. if it takes 3000 bucks or 30000 bucks you build it the way you want. and if your thrifty you can achieve anything. I have a similar looking bike and i have 3000 invested in it and still have 1500 in parts to sell and another bike to build from the parts left. if you have nothing nice to say then dont say anything. period.
